stay calm. eventually the horror will pass. please be aware that john will eat everything. nobody knows what happens when you were too foolish and let him into your house but i’m glad you made it out safely.

for others, john’s presence may be overwhelming and you may feel a sense of dread. that is how you know he is near. he is always near. when you think it is safe, go check your fridge. if it is full or the same as it was, you are safe. when you notice things missing or something completely raided your fridge, he will already be there. he is potentially dangerous and will banish you into his own hell if you do not give him what he wants. he may ask you for food. if you say no, he will bring you with him to an unknown place. if you say yes, he will leave. but the consequence for this is he will only get bigger and stronger, mentally and physically. 

but there are ways to avoid Him. don’t read or give in to any lore after 2 a.m. if you are devoid of sleep, you have more possibility to meet him. lock your fridge. lock your doors, which is important anywhere.

john’s favorite foods are curry and potato chips/crisps. he also likes ramen. he enjoys chicken and shrimp ramen flavoring, but despises beef. he will ask for an offering. if you supply him with the right amounts of either, john will be pleased.
